I love the location, it's beautiful, Reforma Avenue. The staff was very friendly, and I saw them making an effort to be nice to us all the time.

The cleanliness was only ok, the rooms have old carpet and are unclean. I suggest removing it. I had one incident where the room key did not work, and I had to go to the front desk to have it programm...

Loved the stay, stayed with some friends in a convention performed there (Pawercon 2025) and the staff was genuinely accommodating and understandable of many requests.
Areas for improvement:
Sadly in my week-long stay 2 elevators to the room floors were not functioning for 5 days, and a third elevator for 2 of those days.
